ThinkBRQ’s search process

We work with a search process based on the clients’ needs, referrals and personal contacts. Potential candidates are screened, their qualifications examined, and their prior experiences and references verified.

We succeed by using our industry knowledge, professional resources and creativity while providing personalized and responsive service. Our role is to assist our clients and candidates in making the best long-term decision.

The following is a brief outline of the process we follow:

Step 1 - Understand the client’s needs
We form a close partnership with our clients to understand their business, organization, history, culture, and strategic goals.

Step 2 - Research and initial screening
During this phase we develop our initial pool of candidates through research and networking. Once identified, we speak with each of the candidates to assess level of fit and interest in the job. Based on these conversations the pool of candidates is reduced and a list of the strongest candidates is developed.

Step 3 – Identify candidates, interview and evaluate
Appropriate candidates are scheduled for interviews with our client. A complete profile of each candidate is provided in advance.

Step 4 - Check references and build an offer
Once our clients have selected their candidates, we complete reference checking. All references are contacted and questioned in-depth. After that, we work with our clients to build an offer, defining the base salary that will satisfy both parties.

Step 5 - Provide visa and relocation logistics
ThinkBRQ is responsible for all the visas and relocation logistics and expenses. We also have a team available to help the candidate and her/his family relocates.
