Giving continuity to BRQ growth path, one of the main IT services companies from Brazil, the company officially announces today its new Institutional Communication and presents a new visual identity.
The change has as its main goal to align together with the market the communication of BRQ main strategic goals and it is part of an important process of investments and growth, started in November 2007, which comes to consolidate BRQ position in the Information Technology market.
The complex project resulted in several news things at the company, that is, it is much more than a “new garment”, but it is an expansion of business with planned and organized actions. As a proof of that, BRQ announced few days ago an internal re-structuring that resulted in the creation of two new Business Unities, which will speed up the process and increase the efficiency in the delivery of projects, besides contributing for the growth of customer base.
“Our commitment, with this end-to-end Institutional Communication work is to deliver an even better service to our customers. The project is aligned to our strategic goals and will contribute for the implementation of the of management and service areas“, states Benjamin Quadros, BRQ CEO. According to the executive, one of the priorities is to consolidate the company as a reference in quality through highly skilled and certified collaborators.
To sustain the growth and support the company profit goal, which is R$ 200 million in 2008 and R$ 1 billion in 2012, this ad foresees the structuring of internal measures and the adoption of a new organizational language focused on team capacitation and motivation. BRQ elaborated important actions so that the internal public approached the company’s new guidelines. They are about end marketing projects and HR actions that include several activities, which aim at contributing for the institutional information alignment.
The design process of the new visual identity sought a modern language able to keep itself updated for several years and able to transmit solidity, strength and simplicity. “Thinking different and innovating is part of BRQ DNA, what favored the reversed ‘B’ and all elements that make part of the new brand“, explains Quadros.
